Available Positions:

Operations Support Specialist - Visalia

Our Administration Team is looking for a Support Specialist to provide dedicated operational support for both our internal and external customers, 5 branches located throughout California, and the Suncrest Bank Cash Management program (i.e. origination of ACH, Remote Capture, Positive Pay, and online banking customers).

The primary responsibilities for the role will include establishing and maintaining cash management customer relationships, answering customer service calls, processing Reg E claims, returned mail, preparing account monitoring reports, performing callbacks, and verifying incoming/outgoing wire transfers. Other responsibilities may include working with non-post transactions, NSFs, encoding errors, Fed returns, adjustments, processing of levies, seizures, and other legal requests, processing of dormant accounts and unclaimed property identification, reporting, and submission. This position will also perform assigned duties related to any future conversions/acquisitions/new branch openings and other duties as assigned.


High School Diploma or GED

Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in all Bank operational functions including new accounts

Applicant must have strong work ethic and organizational skills; detail oriented and able to multi-task

Knowledge of legal documentation and regulatory issues in banking, especially for new accounts processing

Advanced understanding of ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay and Wire transfers

Ability to complete multiple assignments within given deadlines

Strong problem solving and computer skills
