Ciaran McMullan - President / CEO
Ciaran is a native of Northern Ireland, who grew up in the rural and agricultural north east of the country. He held senior roles in the banking sector in both Europe and Australia, before moving to the US, where he has served as Chairman of the Great Western Bancorporation and Chief Executive Officer of National Australia Bank Americas in the Midwest, and has been a Managing Director with Cappello Capital Corporation in California. His expertise is in agriculture and supporting the growth of small business. He is a graduate of both Stirling University and Sheffield Hallam University in the UK, and has attended the Harvard Business School's Executive Education Program in Agribusiness.
Doug Tribble - EVP / COO
Doug is a 35 year veteran of the banking industry with his most recent employment as an Executive at Great Western Bank in the Midwest where he was instrumental in helping the bank grow from a 6 branch operation in 1995 with $125 million in assets to a 185 branch company with $8.5 billion in assets in 2012. Doug has served in Executive roles for over 25 years. Doug received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northern State University in Aberdeen South Dakota in 1979 and also completed the American Banker's Association Commercial Lending School as well as National Australia Bank's Enterprise Leadership Program. Doug has served in many leadership roles for a number of community organizations during his banking career.
Robert R. Moore - EVP / CFO
Bob is a native of Corcoran and moved to El Centro, CA to attend high school. Bob's banking career began with Bank of America in 1979 and then became an officer with Valley Independent Bank. After working for 22 years and becoming SVP with VIB which was acquired by Rabobank, Bob joined two Phoenix and Yuma, AZ, banks as an executive before joining Suncrest Bank in 2007 as its EVP and Chief Financial Officer
Nathan Halls, Visalia Branch President
A life-long valley resident, members of Nathan's family have been in business (Banking, Insurance and Agriculture) in Visalia for four generations. Raised in Sanger, Ca. Nathan is a graduate of California State University Fresno and Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle. Nathan, his wife and two children reside in Visalia where he is active in the United Way of Tulare County, Reaching Higher, Visalia Chamber of Commerce, The Young Entrepreneurs Academy, AYSO Soccer and Visalia Bible Study Fellowship.
Dustin Della, Porterville Branch President
Dustin is a native of Porterville, and grew up on the family dairy farm just west of Porterville. Dustin attended Strathmore High School and graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2004. He began his banking career at Fresno Madera Farm Credit, and then moved back to Porterville to take a position with Bank of the Sierra. Dustin spent 8 years with Bank of the Sierra becoming VP Senior Loan officer, specializing in both Agricultural and Commercial loans. He is involved in several community organizations, including Porterville NJB, the Porterville Fair and Porterville High School's Academy of Business to name a few.
Loren Brooks, VP Agribusiness Lending
Loren grew up in Exeter and is a life-long resident of the Valley. Loren and his wife have four children and currently reside in Woodlake. Loren's family has been involved in the agricultural industry for three generations. Loren graduated from Vanguard University and used his education and farming background to develop a strong expertise in Agribusiness lending. His knowledge of the Valley including the extensive varieties of crops and water management practices has enabled Loren to be one of the top Agribusiness lenders in the Valley.
Craig Howells, VP Government Guaranteed Lending
Craig is a native of Clovis and is a graduate of the University of the Pacific's Eberhardt School of Business in Stockton. He is currently enrolled in Fresno State's Executive MBA Program. Craig began his career with Wells Fargo Bank in Stockton in 1988 and has worked for both small and large institutions in the Central Valley. Craig also worked for the U.S. Small Business Administration at their Commercial Loan Servicing Center in Fresno. His expertise is in SBA and USDA financing.
